MEASURE MAGNETIC REPUSLION?

MEASURE MAGNETIC REPUSLION?

MEASURE MAGNETIC REPUSLION?

(OP)
I was wondering if anyone could tell me if there is a way to determine/ measure the force/ power when two magnets with the same polarity repel each other, in opposite directions.
IE:  When a + magnet side, is placed against another + side and they repel each other.  What is the amount of force/ power the two magnets create when they repel in opposite directions?  I apologize if this question is a little unclear.
Thanks alot

RE: MEASURE MAGNETIC REPUSLION?

There are ways to calculate but try this out for something quick. Secure one magnet on a small platform scale. Press the other one towards the secured magnet and watch the scale change. It does work. Be careful with your fingers.

Mike
