Total uplift on belt conveyor gallery

(OP)
I need to calculate total uplift on conveyor gallery due to wind load ,in order to calculate tension in bolts connecting gallery end portals to trestle top.I can calculate suction on roof from design pressure and pressure coefficients given in standards for roof.To
calculate  suction at bottom(It has rcc  slab cast in-situ for floor, resting on cross beams) can I  make use of pressure coefficients for roof with 0slope?With this method
the nett uplift comes to be close to design pressure*horizontal cross sectional area  of gallery. is it reasonable? What if the floor is grilled with no chequered plates?
