Do I read a multi-stage pump curve any different than a regular pump curve? If so, what do I have to consider for an 11 stage pump?

Flow is constant but multiply the head and horsepower by the amount of the stages.  This is the case for most multistage curves but some show total head so be careful.

Also, some multistage curves have a friction loss factor and efficiency loss factor for each additional stage.  This is usually explained on the curve itself.

We really need more information. Most API multi-stage pumps would be provided with a curve for the total performance of all stages, as delivered.  But, a vertical turbine pump might have book curves on a per-stage basis.  The potential problem there is that all stages may not be the same.  There could be one curve for the first stage and a different curve for the remaining stages.  So, for a 10 stage pump, you might have to add curve "A" plus nine times curve "B" to get the full curve for the pump.  You should also be aware that the suction performance really depends on the first stage impeller.  So be careful when calculating specific speed or suction specific speed
