HOLE TABLE UPDATE QUESTION

HOLE TABLE UPDATE QUESTION

HOLE TABLE UPDATE QUESTION

(OP)
Ex:  one hole is .100 blind and another is .100 thru.  Hole table is formed and it lists each as separate line items, which is fine.

If I go back and change the thru to a blind hole, the thru remains for the hole description.

Similarly, if I have one .100 hole and one .125 hole in the hole table and the .125 changes to a .100, there will still be two line items for .100 hole, each having a different tag.

Does Solidworks just not consolidate hole tables all too well, or am I missing something?

RE: HOLE TABLE UPDATE QUESTION

RMB click on the table and select Combine Tags

cheers

RE: HOLE TABLE UPDATE QUESTION

Everything is already combined.  If I expand tags then re-combine them, it does not consolidate or update.
