Residential Flooding Preventer

(OP)
I have had problems is some buildings with broken pipes, water heaters, washing machines, etc.  The flooding costs tens of thousands of dollars of damage.    I was given a device called LEAK-GUARDIAN that is a whole building shut off system to install, and it works unbelievably well, but they gave it to me without any paperwork or documentation.   It's very easy to installso I don't need any help there, it's just that I don't know how to contact the manufaturer for more of them.
Has anyone had experience with the LEAK-GUARDIAN system and know where to get them?
