California Amendments to Seismic Parameters in 2006 IBC

(OP)
Hi, Does anyone know if there are California amendments to the seismic soil parameters SDs and SM1 in the new IBC?  I have the California code on order but it has been delayed.

Thanks

RE: California Amendments to Seismic Parameters in 2006 IBC

i can't help with your question but i've got one: does california have different SDs and SD1 values that the IBC/USGS maps and if so, are they more or less conservative than the IBC/USGS maps (and guestimate a percentage of by how much)? is CA the only state to do this? thanks.

RE: California Amendments to Seismic Parameters in 2006 IBC

You gotta love california:  they should become their own country:  the people's republic of california.
