Multiple file Printing?

Multiple file Printing?

Multiple file Printing?

(OP)
I was wondering is there a way to print multiple files?
Occasionally I have to reprint electrical drawings from a CD for the maintenance guys.  It is very tedious having to open each drawing, click "yes - I want to open it even if it is a read only", click "plot", select printer, etc, etc, etc.  I am running Autocad 2007.

Also, the "properties" selection is missing from my right click menu, I have tried to find out how to add it but either that is not possible or I cannot find how to do it.  Any help here too?

Thanks,

Steve

RE: Multiple file Printing?

Investigate using the Publish command.

We are working with pdf files as plot plot files. It's working  great!

RE: Multiple file Printing?

drile007 has a good point. It doesn't solve your current dilemma, but if you start keeping a folder of PDFs with the archived DWGs, you have a great record of what was sent out, as well as a way to easily reproduce those drawings.

Regarding your current situation, the publish command may help, but it was my impression it was for open files.

RE: Multiple file Printing?

Like lpseifert mentioned, use the publish command. It will open a window, where you select the files you want to print. It is pretty easy, I use it all the time.
