Russian standards: Explosion/spark proof fans

(OP)
Hello everybody

Does anyone know what russian standards say about the construction of explosion proof fans?

EN 14986 says I can use aluminium for lining (provided I use Alu impeller), with a certain thickness (depending on zone etc.)

Does the russian standards have similar rules?`

Regards
Andreas Berglund

RE: Russian standards: Explosion/spark proof fans

The Russian codes are called "SNIP".
Lack of information, you would call for SNIP compliant explosionproof fans. about all I can tell. Good luck
