Using a spline in a drawing

Using a spline in a drawing

Using a spline in a drawing

(OP)
I am trying to show a sketch of some wires coming out of our part in a drawing.  I don't want to model the wires in the part.  I'm using the spline command on the drawing toolbar.  When i draw the spline it looks fine in SW, but when i print or even print preview the spline changes to jagged lines.  Anyone have any ideas?

RE: Using a spline in a drawing

Draw the lines in the drawing views or

Use lines and arcs instead of a spline or

Check the quality settings in the Tools > Options.

cheers

RE: Using a spline in a drawing

Or, draw the splines on a plane in your Part or Assembly file.  In the drawing view, show that sketch.
