How to save data to PC from Mitsubishi PLC

(OP)
In the application, Mitsubishi PLC and A/D blocks are utilized to get analog sensor readings. The question is how to save those data to PC (in Excel file or txt) so that we can get time-sequence plot. I was suggested of MX OPC. However, it requires to program client. Is there any easier way to do it?

Thanks for your time and help.
