100% hr after sterilizing air

100% hr after sterilizing air

100% hr after sterilizing air

What is the best way to makeup air to 100% hr , after filtrating the air to be sterile.
I will make the air sterile by filtration , then I need to make it to be 100%HR , of course the water will be distillate,
Flow is about 2 m3 / min , 35.31467 f/min .
Pressure will be about 5" water column.
Thank in advance.

RE: 100% hr after sterilizing air

Small scale just by bubbling through liquid.  So just about any type of contacting equipment will work fine, packed bed, column, spray chamber.  Really going to depend on other requirements, cost, availability.

Hi ash914 , thanks .
Knowing that sterilizing shall be kept, what kind of mean can be used? , and as the qty are so small I think to drop water at such mean.
Regards.

Put air into a small drum filled with your distilled through bottom sparger.  Operate it batch wise when level gets low refill it.
