Sensor burning out in a Gas Burner

Hey All
I'm facing a problem of the sensor inside the gas supply burning out all the time, lasting less than 2 days sometimes. I tried insulation between the burner and the oven walls to decrease the heat returning to the burner. But it seems like something is always going wrong, or my insulation is wrong. anyone has any thoughts on the subject?

What kind of burner are you using? What sensor is burning out, uv detector, thermocouple, pressure transducer, etc.? You may be hurting things by insulating between the burner and oven wall. The burner nozzle may be overheating. If you are firing into negative pressure you may want an air gap to pull cooling air over the nozzle. Talk to your burner manufacturer to get guidelines on correct installation.

burner: Danfoss gas burner.
The glass eye sensor, uv detector.
The burner nozzle is overheating and i have to find why that is the case.
I'm thinking of scenarios like: if something is closing on the exit of the burner nozzle, so in a way the flame is hitting solids and returning back to the burner. i simply need to find a way to stop the burner nozzle from heating that much.
I'm firing into a closed chamber, so propably i'm firing onto a high pressure zone..
