Looking for Failure Data

Looking for Failure Data

Looking for Failure Data

(OP)
I'm looking for age related electrical failure data [basically the backside of the bathtub curve] for electrical equipment. Does anyone out there know where I might be able to get such data.  I'm trying to develop risk curves for Risk Based Maintence on our equipment.

RE: Looking for Failure Data

There is an IEEE Color Book on Reliability - I can't remember the name (or color!).

RE: Looking for Failure Data

IEEE 493 - Gold Book - "IEEE Recommended Practice for Design of Reliable Industrial and Commercial Power Systems"

It includes a lot of Appendices with electrical equipment reliability data
