Dimension the length of an arc

Dimension the length of an arc

I am looking for a way to dimension the length of an arc, such that when I change the radius, the length of the arc will stay the same and the endpoint will move to maintain the arc length

Ex,
Create an arc.
Fix the point on the left.
Make the 2 endpoints horizontal so that the right endpoint just slides back and forth on that horizontal plane.
Add a radius dimension for the arc.

Now, when I change the radius of the arc, the right endpoint stays fixed and the arc just grows or shrinks (changing the overall length of the arc)

What I would like to happen is for the length of the arc to be constant. So when I change the radius, it slides the endpoint to maintain a constant length of arc. (Like flattening out an arched piece of metal by pushing down on it)

Any suggestions?

You need to add an arc length dimension by ctrl-selecting both endpoints of the arc and the arc itself.
