Hi.
Our customer would like use for MV protection GE relay F650.
We don't have any experience with this relay. More or less standard protection 50,51,51N, 67N ( with Peterson coil), 27,59, 49 . Some logiks for CB, control and meas.
Thanks for some information. ( no need any comercial data).

Maybe I'm missing something.  GE has the UR F60 feeder relay.  It does all you ask about.  I have installed and worked with several.  It is an extremely capable and flexible platform.

They also have the SR 750/760, also a very good realy, but much less flexible than the UR platform.

I work in facilities which use both.

What exactly is your question? Oldfieldguy is right, they are two different relays (F60 & SR750/760) but both very capable.

I have tested and set both and they are realtively easy if you have used micro-processor relays before.

It's a "Bay Controller" relay that seems similar to SR750 with addition of some graphics.  Mainly marketed outside the US.  I guess the "bay control" concept is defined in IEC-land somewhere. SEL makes one also, I think.  

We ran into some up in Canada.

I have one customer with three F650's supplied with GE's equivalent to a recloser.  We've had issues with the performance of the relays frequency response and reclosing.
