Hi Dear sash
I mean, when we calculate performance point of 2 structure, for example structure A is ( 18 cm, 204 ton) and structure B is (22 cm, 320 ton), what does it mean?
* does it mean structure B is more resistance because it can tolerate more lateral load?
* If the above answer is YES, I am bit confuse, because when V is greater in structure B,in pushover curve it is near the plastic zone.
* and what bout distance at performance point, can we say because structure B can tolerate more distance so it is better?
* what will be above question if in structure B we have (22 cm, 180 ton)? because in this case we can not just judge base on distance or V.
