Why is there a Balloon when adding extra leader for Welding Symbol?

Why is there a Balloon when adding extra leader for Welding Symbol?

(OP)
DRAFTING: When doing a weld symbol and adding an extra extremity on the leader, it adds a circle for the extremity. This happens on R15-R16SP2 and SP9 but not on R17SP4 / R13 / R14.

Steps to recreate it:
1. Create a Welding Symbol
2. Right click at the leader and do Add a Breakpoint
3. Right click again and  Add an Extremity
4. A circle at the tip of the created extremity appears.

What is causing the circle to form at the tip of the Extremity on the Welding Symbol Leader?

Thanks,

Jun
