The most current edition of ACI 350.3 is written based on a UBC Level of earth quake, 10% in 50 years.  The 2006 IBC code is written for an EQ occurance of 2% in 50 years.

Does anyone know how to modifiy or use the current ACI 350.3 guidelines for Hydrodynamic loading with the 2006 IBC
