E-Size Plotting with NX4 and Designjet 800ps

E-Size Plotting with NX4 and Designjet 800ps

(OP)
Is there a simple way to reliably plot e-size drawings with NX4 and the Designjet 800ps plotter?

RE: E-Size Plotting with NX4 and Designjet 800ps

Our DJ800 is setup as a DJ750 in the NX plotter utility.

What problems are you having?

-Dave
Everything should be designed as simple as possible, but not simpler.

I'm told by our admins that there is no way to plot a full scale e-size drawing with nx4 and thed designjet800ps.

RE: E-Size Plotting with NX4 and Designjet 800ps

Our DJ800 has a 36in roll in it, and we plot E-size (34x44) drawings at full scale all the time.

When it was setup, we used the settings for the DJ750, since the settings for the DJ800 used(wasted) extra paper.

jakklz,

Your admin must not know anything about NX if they are telling you things like that.
