CPVC Outdoors?

CPVC Outdoors?

CPVC Outdoors?

(OP)
We have a project in which a cooling tower is used, but we would like to save money and use CPVC instead of black steel.  There is hot water involved in the return, around 150-160F.  The problem is CPVC is really not for outdoor use.  Is there any coating or wrap that will work.  I was thinking Tapecoat wrap or a FSK (insulation with Aluminum).  The piping should last minimum 15 years without any replacement.  What is your experience or recommendation?
