TOOLBARS MOVE EVERYTIME I RESTART SW2007 SP 3.0

(OP)
I used to have this problem, and I fixed it, a couple of sw years ago.  The placement of each toolbars wont stay where I put them each time I open sw.  I move them where I want them, close the drawing, exit sw, using the menu (pulldown), Then when I start SW again, they move back to where they were when I started.  What is the fix?

RE: TOOLBARS MOVE EVERYTIME I RESTART SW2007 SP 3.0

Were all anti-virus software was completely removed from member and services shut down before the installation of SW 2007 3.0?

First are you using Vista?

If not I would reset me Registry (see FAQ) and then try moving the Toolbars around and see if they stay then.
