Could someone advise me on a typical pipe specification for a steam line 14 barg operating at 210°C(slightly superheated).

Schedule 40 up to 10" with ANSI 300 fittings.  That will give a 260 C and 40 bar rating.

sorry I forgot to say it is a 12" line.

Be sure and check with B31.3 (most commonly used for steam lines) or B31.1 when looking at your overall system components & design.  

You may want to look at ASME SEC I, Figure 100.1.2, A & B (in B31.1)

There have been some good threads on steam lines/systems, a search will turn them up.
