DIN5480 Female Involute Spline, W28x1.25x21x8H

DIN5480 Female Involute Spline, W28x1.25x21x8H

DIN5480 Female Involute Spline, W28x1.25x21x8H

(OP)
Hello,
I'm looking for the real data of the female involute spline, W28x1.25x21x8H DIN5480. I know module is 1.25, pressure angle is 30 degree and number of teeth is 21, and I know OD is 28mm but want to know the real OD dimension with the tolerance. I know 8H is the tolerance spec but I don't know it is related with OD dimension or other dimension.
I'm looking forward to receiving any advice from you, experts...

Thanks,
Chang Lee

lch0712,

The spline specification as you entered it (W28x1.25x21x8H DIN5480) is not accurate.
"W" there means "Welle" = shaft, but "8H" is a tolerance for the internal spline; external spline (shaft) tolerance would be 8h.
The internal splines description is preceded with "N" = "Nabe" = Hub
