Regarding Detecting any possible delayed hydrogen cracking in weld, which part of ASME (with Clause) refers to do UT or RT inspection after 48 hours of completion of weld.

This is not part of ASME Code. This is your own resposabilety.

Ok, Nowhere in any Standard has been specified duraion time after welding?

The AWS D.XX (14.6 for rotating equipment) standards may have a 48 hour requirement for certain applications.
