I am looking for a more indepth tutorial on surfacing. Much thanks to anyone who know where I could find one.

Your VAR should be providing a Surface class.. We do and its a great way of understanding Surfacing inside SW.

Reading through a book or online tutorial is fine and all, but you don't get to ask questions and that is why a class is better then something online... however if you still want something like that look at igetit.com or SolidProfessor.com

You can find them on-line.  Also, do a search at youtube.com and see what turns up.  Matt did a great one here:
