Im hoping somebody can help out there. Im needing to make a very efficient and compact dehumidifier. We have only a small amount of air flow available, so im trying to select the correct type of coil. Ive been offered a type of coil which is like an oval or squashed type tube, aluminium extrusion with fins on the inside. I am told that this type is very efficient. We are looking at getting a prototype made and our other problem is aswell as low flow, we only have approx 12 " x 12 " to mount this coil in. Can anybody comment on this type of material?  Thanks in advance.

something that forces most of that air flow to make contact with a cold surface will remove more moisture. Increase the depth of the coil by adding more rows, make sure the rows are staggered, increase the fins per inch on the coil

Take the "V" out of HVAC and you are left with a HAC(k) job.
