Estimating Cost of Radiant HX

Estimating Cost of Radiant HX

Estimating Cost of Radiant HX

(OP)
Can someone provide me with some insight on estimating (very high level) a cost for a radiant-type heat exchanger?  The device I'm looking for will operate at 40 bar, 1200 C on the gas phase, and under reducing conditions.  I'm looking at 80% efficiency with 1,000,000 lb/hr of gas flow.

Is there any reasonable rule of thumb I could use for a cost estimate ($/1,000 lb of gas flow, or something like that).

Is this a $10 million device; $50 million, or more?
