Wiring Connections capacitor start reversing 2hp motor

Wiring Connections capacitor start reversing 2hp motor

(OP)
I have a 2hp single phase 240V capacitor start reversing motor with 6 leads and need to wire it with a 3 phase reversing contactor SQ D- Grainger 1H554. The starter does not show motor connections other than T1,T2,T3 and motor does not show diagram of motor connections. I know the contactor needs to be rewired for reversing action to motor.
Question? Is there a source or wiring diagram for this application? Or a contact person that can help. I am also using 2 remote forward reverse stop stations on the control circuit.
Thanks! Tom

RE: Wiring Connections capacitor start reversing 2hp motor

If the Sq.D switch shows T1,2,3 on it, it is for reversing a 3 phase motor. You picked out the wrong switch. You need one specifically for a reversing single phase motor. Go back to your Grainger catalog and read more carefully. It's in there.
