Adhesive Value Conversions?

(OP)
Regarding pressure senstive adhesives, is it possible to convert loop tack data represented by JIS Z 0237-2000 (the J Dow number) to oz/in values, or vice versa?

I have several specifications, and since the materials are from different vendors, their data sheets are different.  Only one defines a value as "63oz/in or J Dow number 14".  Four of them only provide the J Dow number, which is defined in JIS Z 0237-2000 which my company does not have.
