Research on Balteau Standard Transformers

Research on Balteau Standard Transformers

(OP)
I am new to this forum, so I apoligize if this is not the correct place to look for information.  The transformer in question is a Balteau Standard Loop fed three phase 500 KVA padmount transformer.  It has dual primary voltages of 12000/20784y and secondary voltage side of 480y/277.

I know that Balteau Standard no longer exists, but I am curious as to whether anyone knows who would be servicing and/or distributing this particular transformer.  Neither the Alstom or Areva websites are of much help.

Thank You.

RE: Research on Balteau Standard Transformers

500 kVA pad mounted transformer could be serviced by any qualified maintenance company specialized in distribution equipment.

Check the enclose link to see if they could provide any assistance recommending a qualified service company

RE: Research on Balteau Standard Transformers

They are still there, as Areva T&D Transformer Division. Areva's website is a bit difficult though, you're right about that.
