I'm looking for some tips on Rubber (NITRILE) Mold Releaser, application is Compression Molding, temp. 340 F. I'm having trouble with releasing the part (part breaks during extraction from the mold ). Need some tips on different kind of Rubber Mold Releaser that I can try (I have tried 787 & 1725L both MCLUBE and I'm looking for something better and more permanet). Any kind of suggestion on the Mold Releaser brand and proccedure is appriciated. Thank you, Genti

RE: Anybody has experience with Rubber Mold Releaser?

My company manufactures mold releases that may fit the bill.
Crystal® Mold Releases are water-based, semi-permanent mold releases that are used with various rubbers and other polymers (cast urethanes, fiberglas, etc.).
Info can be found on my company's web site www.tse-industries.com.
Crystal 1053 is used for molding many different types of rubber and would probably work in your application. Info can be found here:
