NX4: ERROR: ...not in relevant class.

(OP)
Hello all,
Working with assembly files, when I save this error appears:

The following parts failed to save causing the overall save operation to fail:

While saving "file name":
"file name"- Internal error: an attempt was made to access an attribute not in the relevant class.

At first I thought it was because some of the parts in the assembly belong to other people, but then I saw the same error with an assembly file containing only 2 components: both mine.
With both components closed, the top file would save. But, with either one or both of the components loaded, the error appeared. Bear in mind, this is an intermittent error. Although it occurs frequently, it is unpredictable.

Does anyone else get this?

Thanks,
'ziner

RE: NX4: ERROR: ...not in relevant class.

There was just a discussion about a problem that sounds very similar to this on the UGS BBS and it appears that this will be fixed with the release of UGS NX 4.0.4.2 MP1 (which should be available before the end of June).  In the mean time, you may be able to reduce the incidance of experiencing this problem if you change your Load Options to 'Use Partial Loading: ON'.
