I'm putting together a testing station in  my lab. Part of the standard to which I'm going to be testing requires me to adhere a steel plate to a concrete slab using a product with a Youngs Modules exceeding 145 kpsi. The slab will only be in used in compression and it will generally only see loads below 2000 lbs. Any leads on products or manufactures would be greatly appreciated.

Most epoxies have a tensile modulus of 400 to 500 kpsi.
