SECURING 40' RISER CABLES WITH KELLEM GRIPS ON SHACKLES TO A INSTALLED STEEL CABLE TRAY.  SHOULD THE GRIPS BE ABOVE THE CABLE TRAY, THEN LET THE 90* LAY IN THE TRAY?

The cable over the 90 should have as little strain as possible on it.  The grips should be at or below the bottom of the 90.
