Hi,if any body can help me to get the mechanical properties of screw SAE 1022 case hard. Thanks

RE: SAE 1022 SCREW

If you don't have a more detailed specification for this type of part, you aren't likely to get detailed information.  The "SAE 1022" is only a composition (before case hardening) and does not help with mechanical properties.

Here is a ballpark for what you can expect:

RE: SAE 1022 SCREW

What type of screw is this, e.g. thread rolling screw, self-drilling screw, etc.?  What are the thread dimensions?  Is the entire fastener case hardened, or is it only the tip like a Taptite with CORFLEX-I heat treatment?

IT IS #14-20 HWA AB TIP CASE HARDENED
