Countersink callout

Help, please.  I don't have access to someone who knows and I am not a mechanical person.

I need to call out a countersunk hole in a sheet metal panel. The hole will be for a M3 flat head machine screw that must be flush with the panel. The countersink will be on the opposite side of my flat view on the drawing.  The specs for the screw are: D=5.6, k=1.65, d=3, angle =90. The sheet metal thickness is 1.5mm.

I think the callout should be like this:
  (diameter)6 V 90(degree) farside
Is this right?

RE: Countersink callout

You need the countersink symbol in front of the diameter as well.  6mm diameter seems a bit shallow.  If the hardware needs to be flush or below surface, consider 6.3mm or 6.7mm.
