Hi

I have an SO DIMM with two modules on one side making up a 64MB PC133 memory module. However, unusually, it also has a small square module in the middle of the board, which has a code of LC4032V75T (or possibly LC4032V75KN-10I). I havent seen this before and I am thinking that this little module is turning my generic PC133 SO DIMM into something more proprietary, but cannot tell for sure as I dont know what it is or does. I have figured out that the package is a QFP48 48 pin surface mounted chip but beyond that I know very little. Can anyone help me please?
