hello,
  What is the best hot melt adhesive for adhesiving two part of fibre ( cloth ) ? what is its general formula?

dear
kindly try any hide or animal glue if u dont want a synthetic one
these are water sol. but they are heat resistant

There are several hot melts that will work.  It all depends on if you want the cloth flexible or inflexible after the application.  If the answer is flexible you will need a true PSA hot melt.  If it doesn't matter, I would suggest any hot melt since the cloth is so porous.
