In Figure 6-2, there are pressures listed for each basic wind speed and roof angle...and for Load Cases 1 and 2...what the heck are these load cases?  I can't find them anywhere in the ASCE7!

See note 4 of Figure 6-2.  They are simply two different load cases that must be checked if the roof slope is between 25 and 45 degrees.
