Contractor has been installing a new boiler assembly in our plant to add steam producing. We already inspected inside boiler and found the arrangement superheated tubes touch each other with no special support. We are worry tube vibration will appear during boiler operation and tubes are collide repeatedly. According this matter we need much suggestions of this arrangement tube condition to insure boiler secure to operate. Really I want to send the pictures but no facility in this format.

Thank you for your attention

RE: Arrangement Boiler Tube "Tubes Touch Each Other"

Is this a new industrial boiler for your Plant? What is the length of the superheater tube assemblies in the boiler? Are there welded attachments between tubes in each assembly?
