Chemical Engineer Professional regulation
Chemical Engineer Professional regulation
(OP)
Could anyone tell me the UK/USA laws which regulate the occupation as chemical engineer? I refer to those laws which list all the competences and professional skills that are associated to a chemical engineer. Internet links are welcome. Thanks in advance
Hanon

In the US, the competencies and requirements of a chemical PE are governed by the individual state boards/association. You can Google the association of the state(s) of interest.

The Institute of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) is the "governing body" overseeing things like accreditation of chemical engineering degree courses and attaining "chartered chemical engineer" status.
