Can you help me how to use czmesh command. Specially the ecomps1,ecomps2.How to define it in the model. Please. Thanks

Hi Jose,

   The ANSYS help documentation does a pretty clear job of explaing czmesh. However, a simple approach is to use bonded contact between the adhesive and the two materials you are linking together. Use a fine mesh near the interface surfaces and run your analysis. After the fact, you can check if stresses are beyond your allowables. If they are then the design needs to be changed.
