button headed bolt remover

button headed bolt remover

button headed bolt remover

(OP)
does anyone know if one of these exists? we use a lot of button headed allen key bolts at work from m3 to m8 sizes. the trouble is there used around a lot of delicate equiptment and tight conditions mean using balldrivers at awkward angles. due to these conditions when a head rounds we cant drill them and normally cutting the head off with a small grinder is the only way which damages a preped surface. ideally im looking for a remover that willl only be in contact with the bolt head and not the fixing surface.

thanks

RE: button headed bolt remover

It seems I have seen other tools specifically for removing damaged socket head fasteners. Try a web search yet?

Regards,

Mike
