I understand in the boiler industry that steam is corrosive, and corrosivity increases with steam temperature.  Is there any data showing how steam corrosion increases with temperature (and possibly pressure).  Up to 1300 C

It depends on many variables.  Things such as the exact steam chemistry (trace elements in the water), gases (other than steam) and corrosion inhibitor treatment are chemical factors.  Physical factors such as steam velocity, steam quality and geometry of the system also need to be considered.

Considering that many power plant boilers will run for 30 years with minimal repair show that with good design, water control, alloy selection, and maint practices you can handle the application.
