The easiest way is to just make a new printer control file.  The default ones are in load_point\text\plot_config.  These are just ascii text files so you can edit them with any text editor.

Here is a sample to show you some of the options:

button_help Plots B size output to HP 8000
plot_drawing_format YES default
plot_segmented NO default
plot_roll_media NO default
