WHAT THESE IC ARE

WHAT THESE IC ARE

(OP)
HELLO ALL,

I am working on a  vacuum fluorescent display board. There are some ICs on it that i can't find their information on google. A three terminals surface mount type IC, one side has one pin, another side have two pins, the text on IC looks like "3As" following a rotated 90 degree number 54. there are many similar chips with different text on it, like 1Bp 52, A1p 40, A4V.

Another IC with yellow color and 16 pins on two sides. The text on it is "4816P-002-103 BC9533E" or "4816P-002-103 13C9533E"

If anyone have any information on these ICs, please tell me.

Thanks,

Jim

RE: WHAT THESE IC ARE

Go to www.digikey.com, and type in "4816P-002-103" - this is a SMD16, 10k resistor network chip.

RE: WHAT THESE IC ARE

Those are good sites... been looking for something like that for a long time now, thanks geekEE and jimkirk!
