Hi,our company ;specialized in curtain wall and we are using nonlinear analysis larg displacement on regular basis; tend to update their structural software analysis.majority of engineers would like to go for Sap2000 ver 11 VS. one engineer support Sframe. My boss asked for my opinion and I need other engineers opinion.
Thank you

RE: Sap 2000 VS Sframe

SAP2000 has lot more capabilities than Sframe.

As far as ease of use, Sframe beats SAP2000 by miles.

RE: Sap 2000 VS Sframe

If you're in a line of work where the structural analysis is very limited, then a smaller program may be your best bet.

If your work requires much general structural analysis and more sophisticated analysis then SAP is the best choice.
