Dimensioning a section view

(OP)
I have this section view in my drawing of a 3D part and I'm trying to put a diameter dimension and the only dimension arrows that I can get form it is only one arrow I want the two outside arrows with the two lines showing the diameter.  It's an iso view of the part.  Right now I have juat the single arrows pointing at the holes with the dimension on them I it so it's easier to read I have been messing with teh properties, but no luck.  ANyone have any suggestions?  Thanks!

RE: Dimensioning a section view

Select the dimension and in the Dimension Manager that opens select the Inside (middle) option in the Witness/Leader Display section.

The adjust dimension arrows and placement to suit.

cheers
