Weight in BOM, Can You Specify Units?

Weight in BOM, Can You Specify Units?

Weight in BOM, Can You Specify Units?

(OP)
I have addeed a column in a BOM to show weights and I noticed a small part was 1100 while comparible parts were .5 - 1.  This was because the units of this one part was set to grams.  Is there a way to postfix whether or not its lbs or grams in the BOM?

RE: Weight in BOM, Can You Specify Units?

AFAIK, only by adding another custom property and including that in the BOM.

cheers

RE: Weight in BOM, Can You Specify Units?

BTW, a UnitOfMeasure property already exists in the Property Name dropdown list.

cheers
