Section VIII Training
Section VIII Training
(OP)
My supervisor wants me to get some training on ASME section VIII, specifically unfired vessels. I really don't want to have to travel to Texas (I'm in New England). I work at a production plant that uses unfired vessels, we don't design them. Is there anyone in New England who offers training classes on Section VIII or has anyone any experience witt the ASME self-directed CD training? - Thanks

I understand your reluctance about travelling to Texas...
It's my understanding that most Texans typically will shoot, skin and barbeque plump New Englanders given half a chance...
